Our value proposition

Our training aims to assist companies to fulfill their AI literacy related compliance obligations under the EU AI Act. Equip your team with the knowledge they need to navigate AI technologies safely and effectively.

What is the purpose of the EU AI Act and who is in scope?

The EU AI Act is a comprehensive regulation that governs the development and use of artificial intelligence (AI) within the European Union. It aims to ensure that AI systems are safe, transparent, and respect fundamental rights.

AI literacy – coming into effect from February 2025

Regarding AI literacy, the EU AI Act emphasises its importance as a foundational principle. Organisations are required not only to understand but also to actively manage the risks associated with AI technologies, ensuring these systems are used responsibly and ethically to safeguard your organisation and its stakeholders. AI literacy involves understanding the opportunities and risks of AI, applying technical knowledge appropriately, and considering the broader societal impacts of AI.

Are Non-EU companies also affected?

The EU AI act applies to providers, importers and distributors of AI systems or general-purpose AI models that are placed on the EU market, put into service or used in the EU, even if they were established in a third country.

Establishing AI literacy in your organisation provides significant value beyond compliance

  • It builds confidence in developing and executing AI strategies. Understanding the benefits and key technology concepts will boost in-house innovation.

  • Quality is improved throughout the AI lifecycle from AI strategy through developing and testing AI tools to sales.

  • Training all staff on specific use cases and effective prompts helps scaling AI adoption, even with a diverse workforce.

  • Ethical AI training protects a company's reputation and data, supporting compliance and resilience goals.
