The Network and Information Systems Directive 2022/2555 (NIS2 Directive) is an essential framework aimed at enhancing the security and resilience of networks and information systems across the European Union. This directive builds upon its predecessor (NIS Directive), expanding the scope and introducing stricter cybersecurity requirements to better protect vital infrastructure and services from emerging threats.
