Overview

In this e-learning you will go through an example project from a manager’s point of view, starting from forming a remote team to implementing the project, and also learn how to build the process of working with a remote team as efficiently as possible.

This e-learning course takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete, and as such, it can provide 2 learning hours – 2 CPD points based on a 50-minute hour. Upon completion of this course, you can print the certificate of completion as an evidence that you undertook the course.
