This module offers universal tools for identifying, managing and engaging with stakeholders, illustrated with relevant examples.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • recall the role of stakeholder involvement based on ESRS 2 – General Disclosures;

  • distinguish between internal and external stakeholders;

  • identify the benefits of stakeholder engagement;

  • select the relevant tools to identify stakeholders; and

  • select the most effective engagement strategy based on the influence-interest matrix.
