When: Thursday, 17 February 2022, 10:30-11:30 CET
What: CEO Survey results presentation and panel discussion on the new equation for leadership – what initiatives are CEE business leaders undertaking to invest in future success, build trust and help achieve sustained outcomes?
Hosted by: Nick Kós, CEO of PwC CEE, moderated by Andras Batiz, TV presenter and owner of Impact Works.
Panelists: Violeta Luca, General Manager, Microsoft Czech Republic and Slovakia; István Szászi, representative of the Bosch Group for Hungary and the Adriatic Region and Ömer Tetik, CEO of Banca Transilvania.
Our 25th Annual Global CEO Survey tracks the responses of 4,446 CEOs from 89 countries and territories, including 178 business leaders from the CEE region. These results help provide a glimpse of what is possible when we reimagine the status quo. When we adjust to the new normal, and put effort into decarbonisation efforts and building trust.
This year’s responses indicate that CEE chief executives are cautiously optimistic about global economic growth, but show more confidence in their own future growth prospects. Leaders are recognising a broader range of threats to their business, and increasing their commitments to taking actions that lead to non-financial outcomes. How well is this translating into the strategy of CEOs? Where is there room for improvement and an opportunity to lead?
Together with our panelists, we will explore key insights for CEE from the 25th Annual Global CEO Survey.
