WARSAW, POLAND, 1 July 2026 — Agnieszka Gajewska takes office as the CEO of PwC Central and Eastern Europe on 1 July 2026. She has unveiled the new Regional Leadership Team (RLT) that will work alongside her to shape the next phase of growth for the firm, bringing together fresh perspectives and deep expertise.
PwC Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of the PwC global network of firms. PwC CEE is a Strategy Council Territory within the network, operating as one partnership across 27 countries. It comprises over 13,000 people working together across the region in audit and assurance, tax and legal, deals and consulting.

Jiří Zouhar is the Assurance Leader and Managing Partner for PwC CEE. He has been with PwC for 27 years. Throughout his career, he has held extensive senior leadership roles across the Network, including leading both Czech Assurance and CEE US Accounting & Reporting. He is an active client-serving Partner to fast-growing local and regional groups. Jiří drives the CEE Assurance strategy with a strong focus on quality and culture, non-financial reporting, and complex cross-border solutions.
Jan Tokarski takes on the role of CEE Tax, Legal & People Services Leader, responsible for combining tax, legal, and HR advisory competencies across Central and Eastern Europe. He has been with PwC for over 20 years and has held regional management positions, including Head of the Tax & Legal Department at PwC Czech Republic and COO of PwC CEE's international cooperation programme.
Mariusz Chudy has been appointed CEE Advisory Leader. With over 20 years of experience in technology and business consulting, he has held leadership roles in telecommunications and the financial sector. As CEE Alliances Leader, he built PwC's fastest-growing technology consulting practice in the CEE region.
Francesca Postolache is CEE Chief People Officer, responsible for the firm's people, culture, and workforce agenda across the region. She is also an active client-serving Partner with an extensive audit portfolio focused on Global Business Services and local entrepreneurial companies. Previously, Francesca was CEE Assurance People Partner, leading Strategic Workforce Planning.
Anda Rojanschi is CEE Markets Officer, focused on strengthening client-centricity, accelerating local market growth, and embedding a One Firm approach across the region. She brings more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer, including 24 years at PwC Legal Romania, where she built the Corporate M&A practice and advised on more than 70 transactions, including a landmark €2bn deal.
Karsten Hegel is CEE Chief Network Officer, responsible for developing and executing the CEE practice’s services to the PwC Global Network as a core pillar of its growth strategy. With 27 years at PwC, he began his career in Germany and has worked across CEE since 2006. Karsten previously was CEE Financial Services Leader, advising international clients on operating models, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Sławek Krempa will become the CEE Chief Risk Officer, responsible for managing the Risk & Quality programme across the region. He brings over 26 years of experience in tax consulting, with deep expertise in M&A transaction advisory and restructuring. Previously, Sławek was the Risk & Quality Partner and Knowledge Management Leader for Tax, Legal & People Services in Poland and CEE.
Piotr Nogajczyk is CEE Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strengthening and modernising the firm's operational backbone across the region. He has more than 30 years of experience across professional services and investment management, including nearly two decades at PwC. His previous roles include Head of Transaction Services in Poland and COO of PwC Poland from 2019 to 2024.
Małgorzata Górna assumes the role of CEE Chief Transformation Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for projects related to implementing change and transformation in the region. She has over 20 years of experience in audit and consulting. In 2021, she became a PwC Partner. Previously, she served as People & Transformation Leader in the PwC Poland Assurance practice.
Peter Durojaiye is CEE Technology Officer, responsible for shaping the region's commercial technology agenda to enable growth, differentiation, and scalable delivery. He has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity across US, EMEA, and global markets. His senior roles include CEE Cybersecurity & Privacy Leader, EMEA Hub Lead for the Global Cyber Impact Center and Global Connected Execution—EMEA Lead (Cyber).
Vojtěch Till is CEE Chief Information Officer, responsible for resetting the region's technology and information strategy to enable faster, simpler, and more data-driven operations. With more than 17 years of consulting experience across CEE and EMEA, he has been a PwC Partner since 2021 and leads major priority client relationships, including serving as CEE Lead Relationship Partner for a major bank in Czechia.
Dana Inkarbekova is CEE Country Managing Partner (CMP) Network Coordinator, advising the CEO and Regional Leadership Team on country-level matters and driving the CMP agenda and accountability across the region. With over 29 years at PwC, she was previously Country Managing Partner for PwC Kazakhstan and is now Managing Partner Leader of the Eurasia Cluster, delivering sustained growth and strengthening governance and client relationships.
Branko Popovic is the CEE Young Partners Representative, advising the Regional Leadership Team on behalf of the next generation of Partners during a two-year mandate. Based in Belgrade, he is a PwC Consulting Partner who leads the local Consulting team and the Financial Services Consulting practice across South-East Europe.
